1. Do you ship cakes?
We are located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We do not ship cakes outside of Utah. We do sell and ship supplies and equipment.
2. How much do wedding cakes cost?
Our average cake price is $230.00+sales tax.
3. Do you charge a delivery fee?
Lehi, American Fork, Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork have no delivery fee. Payson, Santaquin, Salem, Sundance, Heber, Draper and Salt Lake City the fee is $25.00. North Salt Lake City to Bountiful $50.00. Ogden area the fee is $75.00 and up. Deliveries outside of these areas will be on a case by case basis.
4. What cake flavors are available?
Chocolate, White Vanilla, Vanilla (Yellow), Marble, Spice, Apple Spice, Lemon, Lemon Poppyseed, Almond Poppyseed, Carrot and more. We charge extra for exotic recipes that your grandma use to make!
5. Can I get a price quote via email?
We do not give out prices over the internet. We like to meet with you in person to discuss your needs financially and creativly. We will be glad to answer your questions over the phone at 1-801-785-6372.
6. Is a deposit required?
Yes a Nonrefundable $50.00 deposit reserves your wedding date. We do this to protect you and us since we limit the amount of cakes we will do per day.
7. Can you create cakes from a picture?
Yes we can duplicate almost any cake.
8. Do you make fondant cakes?
Yes we create many different fondant styles.
9. Can you create custom wedding cake stands?
Yes we design and fabricate many cake stands ourselves.
10. How do I make an appointment?
Call 801-785-6372, leave a message if we do not answer, we return most calls the same day.
11. Can I send you an E-mail or order over the internet?
No. We prefer to meet with you in person or talk with you on the phone.
12. How do I reserve my wedding date?
$50.00 nonrefundable deposit.
13. Do you offer cake fillings?
All our standard cake fillings are included at no extra charge. Raspberry, Strawberry, Cream Cheese, Buttercream and more....
14. Do you come pick up the cake plates and box the cake after the wedding reception is over?
Most Utah County locations this service is included for no extra cost. Other locations will be charged a fee. (Location dependant)
15. What payment options are available?
We except Visa, MasterCard, checks and of course cash. We do not offer payment plans.
16. Is a deposit required for equipment return?
We have a contract that we will go over with you. The contract will state the return date and the agreed to dollar value of the items. A valid credit card number will be recorded on the contract. We will bill the card if items are not returned by the mutually agreed upon date and if items are damaged due to improper handling. Handling instructions will be listed on the contract. Items will be billed in full and no refund will be given.
