Fondant has a beautiful satin like finish that is desired by many Brides. It leaves a perfectly smooth finish. You can add fondant or Gum paste leaves, flowers and vines to create a three dimensional cake with artistry and beauty. Fondant has a Tootsie roll tecture with a marshmallow flavor. It is not used for it's great taste. It is used for it's one of a kind look!
